2. Services

Caris Group West provides home and commercial inspection services in Washington state. Our services include but are not limited to residential home inspections, commercial property condition assessments, sewer scope inspections, mold testing, and related consulting services.

3. Booking and Payment

When you book our services:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the property to be inspected
  • You authorize us to charge the agreed-upon fees to your chosen payment method
  • You understand that inspection fees are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection may incur a cancellation fee

4. Inspection Reports

Our inspection reports:

  • Are provided for informational purposes only
  • Are not warranties or guarantees of future condition
  • Are based on visual inspection of accessible areas at the time of inspection
  • May not identify latent defects or issues not visible during inspection

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caris Group West shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Messaging Privacy Policy:

You agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from Caris West, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on our website and in our inspection reports, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Caris Group West or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Caris Group West. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
